NOIDA: The Public Investment Board under Union ministry of finance on Friday cleared a proposal to keep 20% equity of the Noida Metro with the Centre. This will allow the Noida Metro Rail Corporation to get Rs 1,034 crore -- 20% of Rs 5533 crore, the total cost of the Metro project -- from the Centre in the form of equity share.
